  The Head Legal Rajat Bhardwaj (Advocate) worked with a law firm, Global Legal Associates, for over 3 years w.e.f. 2008 where the work comprised of drafting, briefing and assisting Senior Advocates before the Supreme Court & High Court and personal appearances before High Court, District Courts, Tribunals & other Subordinate Courts, Commission and Forums.

  In the beginning of the Career as a Lawyer i.e. 2008, Rajat Bhardwaj (Head RB Associates) was into extensive Litigation & Advisory. Handling matters before Supreme Court, High Court(s), District Courts, Tax Tribunals, DRT, DART, Company Law Board (at present NCLT), CESTAT, Consumer Court (Including NCDRC, State Commission & District Forums), other Subordinate & Quasi Judicial Courts.

  Briefed and Handled matters with leading eminent Designated Senior Advocates (Supreme Court of India) namely Mr. Fali S Nariman, Mr. Ram Jethmalani, Mr. Soli Sorabjee, Mr. Anil Devan, Mr. TR Andhyarujina, Mr. Harish Salve, Mr. KK Venugopal, Mr. Arun Jaitley, Mr, Rohington Nariman, Mr. Mukul Rohtagi and many designated and senior counsels in High Court and Supreme Court of India.

  Worked with the Clients i.e. DLF, ITC, MODI Group, UNILIVER, TATA, Godfrey Phillips etc. and was part of litigation & advisory team before Supreme Court, High Courts, District Court, Tribunals, Commission, NCLT & other Subordinate Courts.

  Appointed as Additional Standing Counsel for Union of India (Central Govt.) in the year Jan 2013.

  Worked on cases related to Land acquisition and Partition Suits and other property relatedmatters.

  Handling Delhi Land Revenue (DLR) matters listed before High Courts, District Courts and other Subordinate Courts.

  Appeared on behalf of various elite sports persons before National Anti Doping Agency (NADA) and also giving opinions to various elite sports person in India as well as abroad on Anti Doping Laws.
